Registering Djnhouse in Mybloglog

I was trying to add this blog into the mybloglog account. After I submitted my blog url a page came up looking something like this

I decided to go for the first option, as my knowledge of html is almost nill. This option is preferably better for me. It instructs me to enter a blog post conataining the link below as
